A bodybuilding fan page, @pumped.tv1, took to their official Instagram account a few months ago and shared snippets from an interview with the fitness coach, Hany Rambod. In the video, he was about the safe period for a natural athlete to be on the off-season to put on size. In reply to this, he stated that off-seasons should be taken based on whatever your body is going through.

He added that listening to your body and acting accordingly is utterly essential. He said, “If you are an enhanced athlete, you’re gonna go through a set time of off-season that usually has to do either with a training cycle, or a PED cycle. And you can’t just keep running on PEDs forever, and for those of you who are, shame on you.”

He added that it creates excessive wear and tear to the organs and does not allow the body to benefit from taking any gear. Highlighting the misuse, he concludes, “That’s why it’s called a cycle. You don’t stay on it perpetually. Because if you do, you end up having reduced amounts of benefit from what you’re taking.” Well, given all his critical knowledge, there is no doubt why he is regarded as the best coach.
