Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold made quite a lot of waves in this week’s DWTS episode. Coming off a disappointing performance during the Disney episode, the duo knew that they would have to give it all in the Halloween week to survive elimination. They managed to do what was needed, and both Stephen and Rylee earned a lot of praise for their routine.
Based on Stephen Nedoroscik’s fear of darkness, the performance saw them dance to Hidden Citizen’s ‘I Ran So Far Away’. Stephen had dressed up as a monster, while Rylee seemed to be the victim he was preying on. The atmosphere they created was quite eerie, as scary eyes were seen appearing behind them on the screen too. Their contemporary dance steps earned praise too. This earned them 28 points, along with their first-ever perfect 10 from judge Carrie Ann Inaba. Thus, it was quite a memorable week for Stephen and Rylee.
So much so that Stephen Nedoroscik seems to be having a hard time letting go of the character he portrayed. In an Instagram reel uploaded by the dancer, it seemed that Stephen was enjoying scaring her as she was trying to perform a skit. The gymnast uploaded this reel to his Instagram story and confessed that he really enjoyed scaring Rylee. He said, “I’m gonna miss scaring Rylee now that Halloween is over.”
