“Bringing in one of my fellow founding fathers of Reebok basketball, Allen Iverson as my VP. Shaq + AI – we’re back!” When asked about his first order of business as the President of basketball, Shaquille O’Neal did not hesitate to call for The Answer. Last year, they even signed Angel Reese as the next face of the brand. This year, the company starts with a band with the latest shoe to honor the legendary Question kicks. After the first looks, the fans already want the shoe for a different sport, because of how good this one looks.
“New game, same killer instinct. Proud to drop my new golf shoe – designed for the court, ready for the course. #AI3 #NewChapter #Reebok.” First, Allen Iverson added the carousel post on his Instagram, as he showcased the reimagined version of the iconic Question signature model. For golf, it features a low-top golf shoe, with a leather ‘Red Toe’, branded ghillie lacing, and Q logo on the spine. This comes days after the initial tease.
Like many former players, including Michael Jordan, the Virginia native has taken up golf after retirement. On his Instagram, the 76ers legend posted about the Question series shoe and said, “I might start golfing.” He didn’t leave it there, he followed up with a question that sent fans into a frenzy, “WOULD YOU WEAR A REEBOK QUESTION GOLF SHOE?” It didn’t take long for the golf shoes to drop, which had a hard-bottom golf shoes look of the 1970s. That makes it perfect for bowling, at least that’s what the fans are saying.

“Thought it was a bowling shoe for real.” Since it is not a bowling shoe, fans flooded the comment section with their request. Let’s emphasize the point once again: they are happy with it being launched for golf but want the same for bowling.
Allen Iverson fans demand
The price for the shoe is not available yet. However, ‘Bubba Chuck’ once again has proved to be a fan-favorite with his designs. “Pretty cool, could easily be made into bowling shoes as well.” Reebok is relaunching and wants to capture the golf market and for that, they have teamed with DeChambeau’s Crushers squad. Even Allen Iverson thanked Bryson DeChambeau and his LIV Golf team ‘Crushers’ for their partnership with Reebok.
No doubt there would have been a discussion about the release of the Question as a Golf shoe. Which is why the results are in the favor of the 76ers legend. “Looks like a bowling shoe… that would be amazing.” The Reebok golf legacy goes back to the 1980s, and in order to make global dominance, it makes perfect sense to re-enter the market. But the fans want expansion in bowling as well. “Those tuff I need some for bowling.”
The clean-looking cleats have surely won over the hearts of the fans. If Allen Iverson and Shaquille O’Neal listen to the fan’s demand, then they already are eager for bowling shoes. “Bowling would have been the way.” As per HTF Market Intelligence, the Global Bowling Shoes market is projected to grow from $330 million in 2023 to $480 million by 2032. Definitely the bowling shoe has the potential to explode with AI and Shaq leading them.
